At Mornington Legal, our lawyers and paralegal staff are skilled across multiple areas of law to provide you – our valued client – with the right strategies and solutions to meet your particular needs.

Your first 30 minute appointment is absolutely free. During this meeting you will have the opportunity to speak with one of our friendly staff about your legal matter and we will advise if we can assist you or represent you going forward. We offer deferred fee arrangements for certain matters including Family Law and contested Wills and Estates matters.

The team is led by Ganesh Loganathan. Ganesh has a background of being exposed to a wide area of legal matters in his previous roles. He has a strong understanding of both litigious and non-litigious matters and uses this wide experience to offer constructive and practice advice to his clients.

       On the recommendation of a real estate agent we chose the team at MorningtonLegal to handle the conveyancing for the sale of our home and the purchase of our new apartment. The team were thoroughly professional but more so were only too happy to answer questions and make useful suggestions. In the settlement of our new apartment in a multi-story apartment complex was complicated as the complex's Owners Corp managers (OCM) failed to do their job correctly in providing information to the selling conveyancer and then a series of blunders and inaction by the OCM went on for a few weeks. In the end a strongly worded email from the MorningtonLegal team not the seller's conveyancer got the OCM to do their job and the issues were resolved in a couple of days. Children’s care arrangements following separation
