Amanda Rajah

Amanda is an experienced family lawyer with particular knowledge in complicated property and financial settlements, superannuation matters arising from separation and drafting binding financial agreements (including prenuptial agreements).

Amanda has extensive experience in post separation parenting issues (including relocations and children’s court matters) and child support matters. While experienced in family law litigation and court processes, she also assists clients to negotiate out-of-court settlements to help clients resolve their disputes amicably and inexpensively.

Amanda obtained her law degree from Monash University and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia 2004.
