Marc is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience across international markets, particularly in Southeast Asia. His career began in New York City, where he honed his legal skills before taking on pivotal roles in Singapore and Cambodia. As the Head of Legal at a leading private equity firm in Cambodia, Marc played a crucial role in managing private investment funds, overseeing corporate structuring, and ensuring regulatory compliance. His expertise is invaluable to clients engaged in cross-border transactions, private equity investments, and market expansion in Asia and the Middle East.

Marc’s legal acumen is complemented by his business leadership experience, including his tenure as Interim CEO of a Micro Finance Institution in Cambodia, where he successfully aligned legal strategies with business objectives. This unique blend of legal and business insight allows him to provide clients with strategic counsel that is both practical and aligned with their goals. Currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at Monash University, Marc is on track to be admitted as a solicitor in Victoria by the first quarter of 2025, further expanding his ability to serve clients on a global scale.

Outside his professional achievements, Marc is a dedicated fan of Arsenal Football Club and an avid musician who plays the guitar, bass, and drums.
