       On the recommendation of a real estate agent we chose the team at MorningtonLegal to handle the conveyancing for the sale of our home and the purchase of our new apartment. The team were thoroughly professional but more so were only too happy to answer questions and make useful suggestions. In the settlement of our new apartment in a multi-story apartment complex was complicated as the complex's Owners Corp managers (OCM) failed to do their job correctly in providing information to the selling conveyancer and then a series of blunders and inaction by the OCM went on for a few weeks. In the end a strongly worded email from the MorningtonLegal team not the seller's conveyancer got the OCM to do their job and the issues were resolved in a couple of days. I don't have any hesitation in recommending the very professional MorningtonLegal conveyancing team.
