Anthony Snooks is a solicitor with more than 20 years’ experience running legal practices on the Mornington Peninsula. In addition to having a law degree with Honours, Anthony has a Masters Degree, specialising in Wills and Estate Planning.
Anthony now focuses on deceased estates and commercial law, and in particular complex civil litigation.
Anthony started his legal career consulting in the area of employee share schemes for leger listed companies and smaller, closely-held proprietary companies. This experience has left him with valuable experience in tax, company and trust law.
In addition to Anthony has had years of experience running complex civil litigation and debt matters in the higher Courts.
Anthony is also well versed in planning, building and property matters, having acted for various local councils over a long period.
